Gibson Les Paul Supreme Demo (w/Fender/Avatar/Hellatone rig)

Here’s a 2005 Gibson Les Paul Supreme played through my Fender Super Sonic amp with an Avatar 2×12 extension cab. All 3 speakers are 12″ atone 30’s. The guitar was plugged straight into the amp and there are no effects used at all besides the built in tube gain/ditortion…not even reverb. Any differences in sound are from either the controls on the guitar, or my dynamics in playing…or possibly from standing in front of the camera and blocking the speakers sound from getting directly to the built in camcorder microphone. This guitar features a chambered Mahogany body between an Arched (AAAA grade Flamed) Maple top and back…Mahogany neck and Ebony fingerboard round it out and it is extremely dressed up…inlays, binding, gold hardware…and it sounds better than it looks! It plays great, sustains forever, is incredibly resonant with very controllable feedback characteristics…I had my amp cranked…it was shaking almost everything in the house! I’ll be putting this up for sale on eBay very soon. Thanks for watching and feel free to comment and correspond.

Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Premium Plus Bass Demo

Video # 4 Very rough as the (old) camera and inexpensive Marshall Bass amp don’t do the Bass justice…but you can get an idea of the range of tones that it is capable of. I think I shook every picture on the wall and anything else not bolted down in the room. The Bass was plugged straight into the amp and I basically ran the amp “flat” with only a slight amount of mids pulled out. All the tonal changes you hear are coming from the controls on the bass. I’ll be very impressed if anyone can guess where the beginning bass riff is from…

1926 27 Gibson L 1*

1926/27 Gibson L-1 flat-top guitar. This is the original “Robert Johnson” model. Wide-grain Adirondack spruce top, Honduran mahogany back and sides, ebony fingerboard , silk-screened “The Gibson” logo, original tuners and finish. Ebony bridge with pyramid wings is custom-made replacement for original, pick-guard non-original. This guitar had a neck reset and refret, the intonation and playability are excellent. The sound is surprisingly loud, with full bass. It excels at blues and finger-picking, but also sounds great when flat-picked.

rock/blues on a Gibson Sg 61′ reissiue

Ok, This is an improv on one of my sgs. I was just a testing the guitar out. This one is 61 reissue. The quallity is not the best due to fact that the camera is pretty crappy. Im playing the guitar straight through a Marshall 1959SLP 100WATT super lead plexi head with the settings close to angus young’s. please keep in mind if the gutiar sounds very distorted..its not..its just the camera. enjoy
