I’ve got the “guitar of week” SG ‘61 reissue with the satin walnut finish. The satin really helps with the stickiness problem. I also have the ‘57 reissue stratocaster with the nitro finish and it was almost unplayable when I first got it. It would be like glue after 5 minutes. Seems to get better with age though, its a couple years old now and not nearly as noticeable. I guess it just takes years to fully cure.

I have the same guitar and its amazing, and i also have the same problem with the sticky neck, its strange really. but thats only a minor problem like you said in the video. overall it is a amazing guitar and a great demo you did on it
