my V has a burstbucker rhythm and a p-90 lead, its totally crazy for blues/country bends.
but to be honest, its always seemed a bit silly to me how much he tuned down, V’s are notoriously easy to play

good recommendation. you know i jsut installed a ceramic 496R neck pickup in my LP Standard, and it ook out the Burstbucker in the bridge too and installed a 498T hot alnico. BEST BLUES RIG IVE HEARD YET.Now I just have to learn some of those big Albert King bends : ). not easy with a guitar thats right side up. Albert turned his guitar upside down before Jimmy, and he left the strings upside down too! jimmy didnt even do that : )
