How can I convince my dad to let me buy a new bass guitar?
The guitar I want to buy is a Gibson GS Bass. The only problem my dad has with it is because the guitar costs £1300 has he says that it costs too much.
My mum has agreed to pay for half the cost and I can afford the other half but I can't withdraw the money from my bank account without my dad's permission.
How can I convince him to let me get this guitar? I'm so passionate about music and making music but whenever I say this to him he just laughs it off.
Has anyone got any ideas on how I can convince him otherwise?
Any thoughts/ideas are appreciated.
*Gibson SG
and ahahahaha I like that idea Husky Bean.
Go get another job and don't put the money in your bank account. Then when u got enough, buy the guitar.
Yeah I know that ain't what u wanna hear, but it's about the best I could do based on what u gave for info.

Tell him that if he won't let you get the bass then you'll get a kazoo instead. Then proceed to blow it in the house, preferably the room he's in, for however long it takes to annoy him and he'll eventually give in.
