		<description>No, $1300 is a good price to pay for a good guitar.  But I&#039;d really like to encourage you to not get one of the Les Paul Studio&#039;s (i&#039;m guessing it&#039;s one of the alpine white ones with an ebony fretboard..?), and to shop around to get a better guitar.  I actually was set on getting one of those myself, but then I talked to a guy that owns a small guitar shop that I take lessons at and he was able to find a Premium Plus Standard (lists for $4600) for $1900.  A lot better quality and a much better investment for not a whole lot more money.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
