Does Anyone have a epiphone,Hamer, or gibson explorer bass theyre selling?

i really want a EXPLORER Bass guitar but i cant find it anywhere…if ur not selling ..do u know where i can get one???

Check Ebay or if you have one around you a music man or something like that… Although you probably already tried ebay just look around or order one from the manufactuer

You know, like less than $170. If you know of a beginners Fender, Gibson, or Ibanez model…that would be preferable. Also a link to a site where i could order it would be nice. THANKS.

You’ve got to stay around $200 to get a bass with a decent neck.
Fender, Ibanez and Yamaha a make a couple in that range

Why does my Guitar and amp setup have so little bass to it?

I play a gibson les paul through a Fender Twin Reverb. When I am in the bridge position there is no bass at all and I have the amp cranked to 10 on bass. Is it because you need the volume really loud in order to get that bassy sound? Would a smaller amp like the deluxe reverb help with that? The twin is 85 and the deluxe is 22 watts.

The bridge position is the one designed to give you maximum treble sound. Like playing a guitar near the bridge will always give you a more treble, clangy sound. If you want a bassier sound, move the pickup selector either to the middle or to the neck position.

I personally hate the SOB…

But I’m sure some of you fans would have loved to see him make a jack-a$$ of himself again, and thrash a masterpiece…much like he did before…
Hey winter – there is a difference between “bitching” and “inquiring”… I’m simply inquiring as to how many fans wanted to see Kyle smash the guitar after he won the truck race…there has to be a few people who wanted to see him be a rebel…think of all the headlines he would grab!!!

I have a black fender Squier and i want a new one. I’ve been thinking of getting a Jaguar. Is there any other Fender you would suggest. I don’t really like Ibanez basses, and Gibsons are too expensive. What should i get?

I have a 1972 gibson eb-o bass. it seems to be a pretty valuable. but ive looked at all the guitar stores in town and i cant find anything. and ebay doesent have anything so…?

which is better? an electro accoustic or electic bass guitar? which has a better sound and which would be better for someone who is a beginner at bass but is still looking to play good classic rock/rock songs. also, which is a better brand. I’ve heard that gibson is really good and that fender sucks? HELP!

Dude, Fenders do not suck. Especially the basses. The acoustics they make aren’t the greatest, but any of the slab-body electrics are great.

I want to get a bass guitar but which one?

I’ve been wanting to get a bass for a while now, and if I get one it will either be a Gibson or Fender, so which one should I get ? I want one that sounds like the sort of classical basses that were played in bands like Cream and the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and The Who etc. So any advice? thank in advance!

Well first you have to consider the following:

-Is the size appropriate for you?
-Are you left or right handed?
-Is it inspected?
-Is the price fitting?
-Does it sound good when tuned?

Go to the shop you are buying it at and ask these questions. Once that is out of the way, ask the assistant what it should sound like (according to the way the bands’ guitars sound).

Once you know what type of guitar to get, look at the styles and colors you might like.
